Location was good.
(Apparently) Recently cleaned rooms had a slight chemical odor.
An acceptable place as you expect Holiday Inn to be. Everything works and the price is right, and the location is convenient.

Great breakfast included, comfortable bed.
Receptionist sent me to the wrong venue for wedding.
Everything was better than I expected except the direction I was given to the wedding I was to attend.

The staff was very accommodating.
The Holiday Inn Chico was old and in desperate need of updating. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke.
